We begin our first complementary meeting by exploring your ideas and needs. During our meeting, you will examine our portfolio which illustrates many examples of our design work and construction services. By walking through your site together, we can clarify the desired look and feel of the landscaping project. We may take preliminary measurements in order to provide you with an accurate estimate of our services for your project. A list of local references from completed projects will be given to you as a resource. In some cases, we will personally take you to the sites of completed projects, so that you may see examples of our work.

Once we have completed the preliminary meeting, we will prepare an estimate of our fees for our landscape, masonry or other services. Our fees include site analysis, design work, plant materials, stone products, and construction services, including ongoing consultation continuing throughout the project. If you accept our proposal, a contract will be prepared and we will discuss alternatives for payment. As changes or additions to the plan may occur during the working phase, we will inform you of any modification of fees based on your needs.

At the time of our initial consultation, we will provide you with an estimated start and completion date for your project. We take into account your needs to have services completed promptly. Once site construction begins, our team works continuously to complete your project to your satisfaction in a timely manner.
